If you have taken a class hosted by Pacific Community Foundation, you’ve probably met Nancy Bacon, an instructor we’ve hosted several times. Our latest class on fundraising for nonprofits was held in early November 2022.
Nancy Bacon and Sarah Brooks also co-host the Nonprofit Radio Show, online podcasts about all things NPO for small organizations.
In their latest podcast (#60), they talk about Give Methow, a give-to-all request that is part of their annual October Grants Catalog, raising donations for nonprofits in the Methow Valley.
There are dozens of organizations in the valley, all doing great work, very like Pacific County. They come together every year to cooperatively raise money for all the participating organizations. This request divides all the money donated to it evenly among all the participating organizations.
