Our 2022 Year End Grant catalog will be open for the month of December, 2022. Invitations for organizations to post their proposals will begin October 14th, and close November 10th. Check your calendars and start planning.

We have a PDF that outlines the steps and content for you, so that you can complete your application in one session.
If you have problems, never fear, we can make edits for you so that your group looks its best in the catalog.
We use a great foundation accounting program called Community Suite, which automatically provides cloud-based backup, tax receipts and donor logging for you. PCF’s goal is to make the process of making donations easy for donors and simple for recipient organizations.
Planning ahead:
It is time to be thinking and planning for the future. Think about what your organization and the community need. Think about recurring donations and endowments, too.
