Why these grants matter: Each scholarship addresses how to train those with special skills, be these tasting, cooking, numeric, scientific or technical. Each of us has a unique skill set, and these scholarships recognize some of our most distinctive abilities. PCF is growing endowments for both funds, and hopes to add a music scholarship soon.
PCF looks forward to the day when culinary scholarships help creative young chefs to train at great cooking schools, and STEMM* scholarships help educate young physicists, mathematicians, engineers and other scientists.
