Engage in Grant-making through PCF’s Grants Catalog

by | Oct 24, 2022 | Community, Critical

Starting in 2018, Pacific Community Foundation has invited the public to participate in our grant-making process through an online “Grants Catalog.” This is simply a “one-stop-shop” for a listing of donor opportunities to give to a group of nonprofits in our community.

Our 2022 Year End Grants Catalog is currently open for local nonprofits to apply, through November 10, 2022.  Applications will be sorted and selected shortly after that date. This Grants Catalog will be open to the public for donations beginning December 1st.

The Grants Catalog is a way for community members to help provide larger grants to more organizations, and to help organizations reach more donors.  In previous years we’ve had donations from several hundred individuals. Many small donations, compiled together, have made significant impacts in our community through this catalog.

These Grants Catalogs respond to ongoing or emergent community needs as recognized by the area nonprofits serving those needs directly. In small rural communities, nonprofits are on the front lines, dealing with rising issues. Any registered 501c(3) organization operating within southwest Washington is eligible to apply.

If you work with, or know of, an organization interested in participating, take a look at our website at https://spccf.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/request where the organizations already on our list can be found. If there are questions, or your organization is not listed, contact the Foundation at 360-665-5292 or by email, info@rickc49.sg-host.com

If you’re wondering how to make a donation . . . mark your calendar for December 1st, when the list of giving opportunities goes public!
