The application process is simple; it includes a standard application form requesting college contact information, high school transcripts, a letter of application, and personal references. Awards are announced by the pertinent high school at the time other education grants and scholarships are announced.
Education grants are awarded on the basis of a student's scholarship record, character, and intended or declared area of study.
Students living in Pacific County, and graduating from high schools in south Pacific County (Ilwaco, Naselle) and in some cases, any Pacific County high school (Willapa Valley, Raymond, South Bend) are eligible to apply. For county-wide education grants, graduating seniors who reside in the Tokeland/Grayland area and attend Ocosta High School are also eligible.
Applications open for education grants in winter each year, and are due to SPCCF on the first business day in March.
Scholarships are awarded prior to graduation each spring, and announced either at your school's awards night, or at graduation.
